On average, these waterfalls require a hike of 1/2 to 3/4 of a mile over steep terrain that can be slippery. My Apple Watch recorded my climbing 58 flights of stairs (down first, then back up) at one of the waterfalls. Fortunately my wife and I were able to do it, but it was definitely a workout.
