“We did this tour and had an absolute blast. The experience was phenomenal. We got to see manta rays, turtles and more. Our guides Fernando and Coral took fantastic care of us. I had never snorkled before and I had no problems. I did get a little sea sick as I wasn't used to the water. That was no problem for them, they came over and took care of us immediately and got us up and running again. If you get Fernando and Coral as your guides, you are in for an experience you will remember for your lifetime.”

“Went from Bali to Nusa, picked up at hotel and driven to Bali marina. Boat trip to Nusa takes around 45 minutes. Met in Nusa by our guide who drove us to 2 beaches, excellent knowledge and very friendly. Tour felt like it was purely for photo opportunities and most of the time was spent in the car. We had booked to go snorkelling aswell but this was cancelled due to bad weather. Partial refund was offered very quickly by supplier”

I messaged them at 6am asking what time they were arriving, no reply. 6:45 we messaged and asked where the driver was, they advised they forgot us and would have someone to get us ASAP. Ferry was at 7, driver got us at 7:30. Didn’t get to the terminal until 8:25. Driver was rushing and almost crashed the car on multiple occasions. 3 calls from his boss. We told the driver we felt unsafe and to stop driving reckless, he didn’t listen. Got to the ferry terminal…”
